Who we are

Extremum Digital ("we", "us") operates extremum.digital. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, contact sales@extremum.digital.

What we collect and why

• —Contact form data — name, work email, company, service interest and your message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare the audit you requested. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
• —Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
• —Analytics data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Analytics runs only in line with your consent settings, and IP addresses are not stored in identifiable form.

What we don't do

• —We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
• —We do not send marketing emails you haven't asked for — submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to anything.
• —We do not use form submissions for advertising audiences.

Processors and transfers

Form submissions are delivered to us by our email provider and hosting infrastructure, acting as processors on our behalf. Analytics data is processed by Google. Where processing happens outside the EEA, it is covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract requires longer. Analytics data is retained per our GA4 settings (14 months) and then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and receive a copy of data you provided. Email sales@extremum.digital and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below. Substantial changes to how we handle enquiry data will be communicated to affected contacts directly.
